For standard products: samples in 1-3 working days, bulk orders in 5-15 working days depending on quantity and complexity. Custom puller molds add 2-5 working days for design and tooling. We provide a detailed timeline when you confirm your order.

We typically require a 30% deposit to begin production, with the 70% balance due before shipment. For established clients, we can discuss flexible payment arrangements. We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and other methods.

Yes, we ship globally via air freight and sea freight. We handle all export documentation and can arrange door-to-door delivery. Common shipping terms include FOB, CIF, and DDP. We work with major logistics partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.
